what is left to be attached and recovered in the USA for assets? What is the timeframe for doing so? What is the impact to the new management of CMKX and how will that help shareholders in the near future with a stock that is worthless? Lots of questions here... but realistically I am holding breath for a period of at least a year or more too see what the courts decide. Yes I do agree with Mr. West we have a great loyal huge base of shareholders... but that means nothing if we can't fund the company for new operations. Help anyone out there?

Hopefully...but this will take many months and or more than a year or two I would imagine. But look on the bright side they are going to be pressing for things in court that needs to be done and hopefully down the road the company can recover and get the stock trading on the markets again somehow...someway. What kind of company we turn out too be who knows. Maybe we reinvent ourselves and morph out of the mining business. The way I look at it is poking less than 20 core samples into supposedly millions of acres of claims doesn't come close to being a real mining company. Wouldn't surprise me at all if this doesn't pull an about face and Kevin takes the shareholders into a different line of business other than mining. If I were him I would look around at other options besides mining. I could see some magic in black gold down in East Texas...like the kind that gets $60 dollar a barrel. That's what I would do..dump the mining and get into gas and oil production. Afterall my handle is driller. ;D

I think that is the plan since we have a majority interest in Entourage. I could see some kind of merger with them. I kind of like the glow in the dark stuff.

This could take years to resolve and I am being completely serious about this. Unraveling what occurred will not be an easy thing to do with so many people involved to determine the naked truth in all it's glory. I imagine some individuals will not be as cooperative as others which could hold things up for Mr. West.
At this point what is their to recover really? Is it worth the effort, expense and the killer in my eyes is time. You can't manufacture time just like I am sitting at this keyboard typing this message away...you can't get back one second in life... move forward or get stuck in a time warp hoping and wishing for something to good to come from something that was so evil and dirty just may not be reality here.
I think if any of us were in Mr. West's shoes we would take a look at what is recoverable and make a go at it and then move on to bluer skies and greener pastures.
Waiting around for litigation to recover assets to recapatilize the company can be a long process and if West is even successful at completing that ardent task that will be in my opinion a distant time in the future. My thoughts are too try and obtain capital now and move on into either mining or find another business industry that will benefit the mass of shareholders and if it is completely different than mining then so be it. I would give a nod to acquiring gas and oil properties or take partnerships into them some form of that industry would be a smart move in my opinion. They are based now in Texas actually in Tyler and there are numerous opportunities all over that area close to Mr. West as well. I would continue litigation while moving the company forward in some positive direction that will benefit each and every shareholder that makes practical sense. But, I would not sit around and wait for others to figure out what to do with tens of thousands of shareholders.
Here is a thought...let's just say there was 50,000 shareholders if every one of them invested into the company $100.00 that would internally fund the new company $5,000,000 cash.
There are all kinds of angles West can take...we'll see which way he goes.
Driller ;D

Wouldn't that be something if West internally funded through shareholders Mike? It's not a bad idea when you think about it he could jumpstart this thing and make it legit very easily.
