Since 1st is located in Vegas that is why Urban wanted SGGM close to them instead of in Virginia. I am even more convinced now that SGGM will and is a major player with Urban and CMKX. My money right now is that SGGM will absorb CMKX in a reverse merge when the restricted shares are released to CMKX shareholders. The recent PR's and increased volume on SGGM on no news last week and Monday Tuesday of this week and the slowing down of CMKX trading as of late is no coincidence here. CMKX could be winding down here.
With the latest SGGM PR's and the hundreds of millions dollars in recent acquisitions tells me something is way up and the time is coming soon.
