SGGM reminds me of another niche mining company I vested in 3 years ago called ALMI that acquired the Dragon Mine in Utah that had a certain type of clay. I knew it would be valuable in 1-2 years and lucky for me my instincts and research were accurate. I bought ALMI several years ago and got in at the bottom around .03 it took some time but it started to climb bumped up to .25 then headed north this year over a $1.00.
Today I believe SGGM is another ALMI because the company acquired vermiculite and that is a niche specialty just like ALMI had with their acquisition of pure kaolin clay Dragon Mine in Utah. So if you have extra funds that you can afford to invest and the patients to hold for a year or more SGGM might just do the same.
For a little over $2200 you can buy 100,000 shares and I believe when it rides over a buck north you can be sitting on a nice investment. I believe SGGM is going to be doing just this because research shows there are only a few companies with vermiculite here in the states that is something that I ride on.
To show all of you what I am talking about here I will link the chart and information on ALMI...I actually posted this stock on Mannys old proboard34 board a year ago on other stocks section. It shows what happens when over time a company gets discovered with their niche product.

That chart proves my point and go back and read their past PR's about their clay and they are the only one in the US that has it. Vermiculite is a definite niche and I think over time we will see the pps rise dramatically.
Have a great day!
